Rich (sax therapist) decided to take a back seat in March 2008 after realising that his rapidly developing career and forthcoming introduction of tiny feet would be overdoing the good doctor's time somewhat. But fear not, although after fifty something gigs with the band and his inauguration into the HoF he will be back from time to time to help out when we need and to guest.
An outstanding musician, a real decent bloke and a great mate, he has been a great asset to the band since the early days.
We wish him and Clare good luck with the new arrival in August
Richie's Old Profile
'The Good Doctor', 'Dirty Dickie from the Dungeon'
Richie Torbett is back after some time out on the sidelines and the band and the fans are delighted! Rich gave the band the original edge over the opposition with some flair horn work and defined our sound. He is an awesome Sax man and a fierce keys player. We look forward to some solo treats in the new line up in 2008. Welcome back Doctor!
